This is the practice of Thomas A. Selvaggi, M.D, F.A.A.A.A.I., a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology and the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology. Dr. Selvaggi has been certified and recertified in specialty of Allergy/Immunology and has the added qualifying board certification in Clinical and Laboratory Immunology. Dr. Selvaggi sees patients of all ages 6 and above and participates with most major health insurance companies. The practice is restricted to the specialty evaluation and care of allergies, asthma and immune disorders.
Dr. Selvaggi enjoys working with your referring physician in consultation. He personally performs the testing and prefers to personally deliver allergy immunotherapy during dedicated hours to more closely monitor the their effect and to ensure that allergy immunotherapy patients progress on schedule to achieve maximum efficacy in a safe environment.
NEW STATE OF THE ART TESTING FOR ASTHMA INFLAMMATION has just arrived in 2012! You can have your expired nitric oxide tested to determine the control of your asthma. This testing is currently recommend in the new American Thoracic Society guidelines for asthma. This is the only doctor's office in Hackensack that does this testing for our patients.
